Goodman gmp075-3 – NO HEAT!!!

______________________________________________________________________ The red LED light blinks 3 times, but I have no owener’s manual to refer to. I have a feeling that my circuit board has to be replaced, but I hope I can get some help first. Bottom line, the heat doesnt come on. I can bypass the circuit board and put voltage, 24V to the igniter coil and 12V to gas valve, I can get everything to work. Please help!! It should close on a call for heat once the inducer starts to run. I question your voltages. All the gas valves I’ve seen are 24volt and the ignitors are 120v. Some of the codes were generally on the the inside of the covers as union said. It’s not a good idea to manually operate the gas valve and the ignitor. Be safe. KRD “Re(3):Goodman gmp075-3 – NO HEAT!!!” , posted Wed 7 Sep 19:49 ______________________________________________________________________ disconnect the two wires on the switch. the switch should read normally open. If you disconnect the hose from the inducer motor and suck on it gently you should see the meter switch to a closed position. make sure your hose is unobstructed where it comes off the inducer. once you have activated the switch several times put it back in the circuit. put your meter on ac volts and hook it across the switch. now turn on the furnace and set the thermostat to call for heat. The inducer must run to start the process. watch the meter to see if the switch is working.
