Rheem Furnace Model 3204-100HB

______________________________________________________________________ How do I Clean / Vacuum out the bottom of the AC Coil that sits on top of my Furnace. The furnce seems to work fine but when it blows warm air up thru the vents the air is greatly restricted. Hardly any comes out thru the vents into the rooms. A handyman told me I needed to vacuum out the bottom of the AC Coil that sits on top of the furnace. I see no way to get to the AC Coil that is inside of the sheetmetal box on top of the furnace. Does the furnace come apart somewhere to get to the AC Coil? Unless there’s an access panel, you’ll need to take off the sheetmetal plenum that sits on top of the coil. Get some coil cleaner and spray it down on the fins so the dirt washes down into the pan and out the drain. Then spray with water. Be sure your filters are changed regularly to avoid a dirty coil in the future. It’s a pain of a cleaning job. golfmeans “Re(2):Rheem Furnace Model 3204-100HB” , posted Sat 13 Nov 16:06 ______________________________________________________________________ Thanks for your quick reply……….golfmeans golfmeans
